A delegation of Local Mechanics from Bangladesh visited India from July 21-26, 2013. They were escorted around by Mr. Sufiul Haque, Asst. Manager – Service and the visit was coordinated by Mr. Sagar Bhadkamkar, DGM – International Business. Mr. Madhav Kelkar, DGM Customer Care, along with his team facilitated the entire program held in Nagpur plant, wherein the participants were given hands on experience of troubleshooting & handling service issues. This visit was part of a Sales & Service initiative aimed at developing the technical expertise of local Mechanics, backed by the Mahindra’s Rise Philosophy. Through this activity M&M has tried to take service representation even further.
