A ‘Driver Training Program’ was conducted for 348 drivers at the West Kenya Sugar Factory in Kakmega and at Sukari Industries in Ndhiwa. Ten drivers were identified as Trainers who will impart further training to new drivers.
A brief session on Critical Service Points for the Service teams was also organized at both factories and covered 60 mechanics. The sessions were interactive and all queries from participating drivers were answered. In addition, training material was distributed to the participants. Both programs were conducted by Sandip Yadav of the M&M Customer Care team.
