Dealer Capability Training Program - Dealers get Trained

Every year, a Dealer Capability Building Training Program is conducted where mid to senior level Sales and Marketing executives from our global network of distributors and channel partners are invited. The training equips them with updated and detailed information on products, systems, planning, sales and marketing which enables them to achieve better results in their respective functions and markets.

 

The annual training program was held from 31st August - 5th September at the Mumbai and Zaheerabad plants this year. 12 nominations from Kenya, Bangladesh, Nepal, Laos, Turkey and Cambodia were received and the participants benefitted tremendously from the 6-day program. The sessions included a refresher orientation about the Mahindra Group, entire product range training with a focus on feature based selling, various initiatives on Channel Development, Mahindra Sales System (MSS), Farm Mechanization through Applitrac business, Product Support, Insights into Domestic Marketing and Strategic and Tactical Marketing, and they were conducted by senior Mahindra executives. Sessions on Managerial Competencies and Planning and Leadership and Manpower Management were taken by an external faculty.

 

After the training, the international executives felt more deeply connected with Mahindra, its products and systems and were raring to go once they returned to their home ground.
